Came 10 minutes before close with a flat tire and let them know that I understood if they couldn’t get to me. They were so kind and helpful straight away, with someone immediately coming to check out my tire and help me fill it up. From the time I walked in to the time I drove away, the service and kindness were OUTSTANDING!!!

I had to get 2 of my front tires replaced last-minute in preparation for a trip. The turnaround time was unbeatable! My tires (Goodyear) were ordered same-day when I called AND I was even able to get them installed that day, too - right after work! Service was excellent, efficient, and reliable. And you can’t beat the prices here. I will be recommending this place for years to come!!!

None of the big chains had my tire size in stock—they were backordered 1–2 months or not offered at all (Smart car tires can be tricky to find). Drums ordered them immediately and had me taken care of quickly. I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly service, fair price, and highly recommended.

Very quick and friendly service. Had great used used tire and mounted it so fast. Had my friend back on the road in no time. Price was amazing as well. Definitely would recommend!

I had heard a lot about Drums, and the feedback I received wasn't very positive. However, let me be honest with you. I called the day before to schedule a car alignment, and they informed me of the arrival time. The next day, I arrived at 8 a.m. and only had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes. Once they took my car, I noticed that the place was very clean and comfortable, with nice seating where I even enjoyed my breakfast. It only took about 15 minutes to complete the alignment, and then they brought my car to the front. After paying, I was on my way. The staff was very polite, and overall, I have no complaints at all. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop, and I wasn't expecting it.
