If there was a way to do less that one star I would. Julie at the front is good for nothing. Only answers the phone and writes notes. Every time we had to call up there Jeramy could never take our call and Julie never had an explanation for us. After a month we were getting no communication from them to the insurance company so we had to start reaching out on our own. Was quoted a 5 day repair that turned into two months. They never called to let us know what was taking so long or even tried to offer an explanation. But during that time the guy working on our car is able to paint multiple vehicles for our landlord but can't get our repair done in a timely manner. Was told our vehicle would be sent NEXT DOOR for an alignment on a Wednesday it didn't leave until the following week on Thursda

I had DSA Collision do repair work on my jeep wrangler. The good that paint match on tailgate was a good match. The Bad. Every time I called to get information or anything they told me they would call me back. They never did call back.I had to show up to the shop to get information. Other issues came up later after I got the jeep back. I was rear ended so spair tire was also hit. I ask them when I picked it up if spare tire checked out they said it was fine. It was not wheel is bent. Found that after I put it on jeep when I rotated tires.

Nice employees have your vehicle ready on time kept me informed of everything took care of the build to my insurance and the work came out beautiful couldn't ask for no better

First experience ever and thankfully DSA made it a very easy experience for me. Great staff, great work and my car looks like nothing ever happened. I'll definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone in need of service.

I have to say that Jeremy and his guys did an exceptional job on our BMW x5. I received other quotes, but not only was his price lower but he kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. Great job on my door, and if I ever have any other issues (prayerfully not), I am coming back to DSA. Thanks again.
