TJ is amazing!!!! I love every time he comes on site, knowing he will be able remedy and is able to answer all my questions. My first encounter as a new GM he explained things to me in a way that it made sense. My 2nd encounter he was able to come in and diagnose an issue in a matter of minutes. Which is very frustrating. We had a tech from another company the previous day and he spent hours trying to diagnose and still had no explanation. We had the spare part on site and TJ repaired.

TJ was very professional and helpful. He was full of knowledge on multiple problems that we were having. He fixed multiple things in just a few hours. Any questions I had he was able to answer them.

John was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure my carwash had hot water. And I mean it took every bit of "above and beyond" to get there. He spent close to a month visiting daily to ensure things were properly running. He then even took the time to show me some troubleshooting steps if I ever have issues in the future and provided me his cell phone number if I ever needed any additional help. The world needs more Johns! 👏👏

Josh was extremely helpful and incredibly professional. Solved my problems in one visit while providing helpful information as far as the equipment. Highly recommend!!

Mary and Tj with quality assurance have been consistent with the help they provide me and the business that I work for. They are thorough and professional in every aspect of their job. From arrival on site to the time they leave they are both very very thorough and hit every single thing that needs fixed or looked at. The site that I manage has been improving by the day because of the efforts and support that Mary, TJ and DSI as a company have provided us with. If you’re considering DSI, do it.
