Have dealt with Karen (owner) for many years. She is very knowledgeable and her opinion can be trusted. Have ALWAYS got our new tires here. Recently, have used Rich's (past 2 years) for state inspection and oil change on our Chevy camper van. Very pleased with service.

Jacob is seriously one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. He’s always on the job, constantly moving, and clearly knows what he’s doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really cares about getting things done right. Every time I’m there, he’s focused and helping customers with a great attitude. He definitely deserves a raise, he has skills that some certified mechanics i’ve seen don’t have — employees like him are what make a business run smoothly. Huge shoutout to Jacob for always giving 100%! -Johnny is always around but never actually working. Every time I stop by, he’s just standing around while others are getting things done. Definitely not the kind of effort you want to see from a team member.

The women at the front desk are so kind and helpful. While waiting for my car's oil change they kept me updated. They were kind and helpful to everyone who called. They even gave water to some dogs who were being walked when they stopped by. Most importantly they got me an appointment immediately when I was having a significant problem with my vehicle. So far I've had an oil change here and tire replacements. The customer service is above and beyond and the work that they do is also above and beyond. So glad there's a place like this that exists that I can come to and feel confident that honest work is being done.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! As a fellow business owner I’m a stickler for how a business is ran and this place goes above and beyond. Ever been quoted on something then after having it installed the invoice come back 20% less than quoted. Ya that was my first experience with dump truck tires at Rich’s. Then today I had a nail in a dump trailer tires needed it plugged asap so.i could return the trailer to a job, I called they fit Me right in and we’re done in 20min for a more then fair price. Let’s just say I’ll never go anywhere else for tires or trailer needs

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Rich’s is always able to accommodate me when I’m in a pinch, and they are happy to do so. Their team is very kind and knowledgeable. I had my one year old in the waiting room the other day and the whole staff was friendly with him and didn’t mind. It means a lot that I feel welcomed as a woman and a mom. I truly trust Karen wholeheartedly and am glad to support her business for many years to come!
