I came here on a whim just to look at rims ended up buying a set and had them installed same day. Staff was so kind and helpful <3 she drove me and my friend to the bank so we could withdraw the cash because paying debit would’ve added an extra 3% tax. Very quick kind and efficient. Dropped my car off and it was ready within 2 hours :) I chose black chrome vogue 18 wheels and love the way they glisten in the sun. Truly one of a kind thank u Dub!!

Great customer service. Helped me find rim perfect for my car

On September 20, 2024, I purchased a brand-new GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate with rim swaps from a 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. Unfortunately, after driving approximately three miles to Dub Empire, it was discovered that the wheel spacers installed by the dealership had inadvertently caused tire cupping. The staff at Dub Empire promptly took action to rectify the situation. They accessed their warehouse to obtain four new rims and worked diligently until approximately 7 p.m. to mount and balance the new rims and tires. This ensured that my vehicle was roadworthy and I could return home safely. As a Rear Admiral Lower Half in the United States Navy with 30 years of service, I am deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by Dub Empire during this unforeseen circumstance

The experience was amazing. Jess was fabulous, helpful, communicative, and very respectful. I appreciate the experience and will more than likely come back and seeing anyone that asked me.
