Ducky's Carwash

This was the only car wash that had bays to fit my high-top Sprinter van RV along Merrill Rd near the I295 intersection. Used a self service bay to clean off crusted road salt having just driven interstate through 2 snow storms. I fed the machine a total of $12 in quarters ($2 at a time) for pre-wash, soapy suds, rinse & wax. The wand & brush both worked fine but the pistol for a foamy finish but the hose connection was busted so it didn’t work (so I wasted $2). Pro Tip: select the service you want by dialing the knob BEFORE feeding the machine the last quarter, and then hustle before it times out and shuts off.

Please replace the car brushes it ruined my paint job. I cannot use this facility properly and I’ve washed 4 cars here only 1 car had the paint ruined. The brushes are so dirty and damaged my car doesn’t get cleaned so I have to manually wash my car. Please secure the vacuum attachments. Because a vacuum handle that I didn’t use was on the ground and I couldn’t see it I had to go to the hospital and get X-rays because I thought my foot was severely sprained or broken. Which costed me a lot of money for attempting to patronize your business. Other than that I love Ducky’s.

Used the self-service wash, but it was disappointing. The water pressure was super weak — felt more like tap water than a pressure washer — and there was barely any soap. It made it really hard to get the dirt off, especially the bugs stuck to the front and the grime on the wheels. Please add stronger chemicals and more cleaning foam so it actually dissolves dirt and makes washing easier. The place has potential, but it really needs better maintenance.

I bought an ultimate wash and the first cycle cleaning didn’t work nothing came out the arm

Dryer doesn’t turn on after wash. No phone number or anyone there at 12 pm weekday.
