We called and requested a quote for windshield repair. We received the quote over the phone and he said it would be a few days to get it in. After receiving this quote, he asked us to bring the vehicle in to verify some details of the order. After seeing my husband and I, he suddenly changed his tune and said hes not sure when the glass would be in, but that he would call us. That was in February, its now May. Seems he didnt like the color of our skin, as it is so different from his own. I would not do business with this man. We will be praying for him that God will change his heart so he can make heaven some day.

Mr. Clarence was so very helpful. I needed a windshield for my 2010 Ford escape. They did not have one in stock nor did their warehouse, but he tried to help me as much as possible. Very professional and called me back in a timely fashion. If I needed glass services I would definitely try there again.
