I bought a Volvo from Duest Motors and have had nothing but problems since. Not long after purchase, I found out the engine had been replaced—with an older engine. That was never disclosed at the time of sale. When I called to raise concerns, I was told they “didn’t know.” That’s hard to believe coming from someone who claims to be a Volvo expert and only works on Volvos. The check engine light kept coming back on, the alarm system had issues, and it felt like problem after problem. I reached out shortly after these things started happening, but because the 60-day warranty had just expired, I was told there was nothing they could do. Recently, my wife’s car needed some important safety-related repairs done quickly. I called Dan on Tuesday evening and he got us right in. By Wednesday evening, the car was done. You can’t find that kind of service, speed, and quality at a dealership. We’ve been getting all of our automotive needs taken care of at Duest Motors for years, and we will continue to do so for years to come.
