Went in for a tire patch/repair and Pierre and co. were so nice. They took care of me right away. Transparent in sharing the work they were doing and the cost, which I thought was reasonable. Was in and out of there in less than an hour. Very happy with their work.

Pierre and Chris went above and beyond to get my trailer tires done before I left the state. They worked through issues with Ford TPMS sensors and made sure there were installed correctly. They had to retro fit the sensors on a thicker rim when another shop told me it couldn’t be done. They ended up staying after closing to get the job done even after I offered to come back. These guys are why I stay away from big name companies. No where else can you get this kind of family friendly atmosphere

Worst experience with new management. We have been going to this place since we moved nearby. Has been an awesome experience with Erma (previous management ) all the time. They had replaced tire for 3 of our cars before. The previous management was Very friendly. Worst customer service. I went in for a tire replacement more recently. I guess I had initially negotiated the change of tire with Irma. When I called to book the appointment about a month later, the management might have changed. I initially got the price inflated, then after mentioning Erma gave lower price, he gave some sort of reason and gave a different price. This place is legit and trustworthy, the owner Pierre is friendly and sincere. The mechanic explain issues in great details. Highly recommended.

My husband and I brought our cars in today for new brakes and an oil change. Erma had been servicing our cars for years and we weren’t aware of the recent change in ownership. We were impressed though by the new owner Pierre! He was very friendly and provided the same great service that we were used to receiving from Erma.
