College daughter’s vehicle wouldn’t start after coming out from work late at night to a dark parking lot and no help around. Called Dugger’s Emergency services and Caleb arrived soon after, and replaced her 5 year old battery in no time. Price was right for what we needed. I Would not hesitate to use them again. Great service!

Nathaniel was very knowledgeable and caring. He made sure I drove off to get a new battery after testing. Even gave me some proactive tips to keep my Honda running smoothly. Such as the donut tire just in case. Thank you 👍🏼😊

Dugger’s was quick, efficient, and communicated well when I requested a tow through my insurance. Their dispatch kept me up to date with the driver’s ETA, and the driver was very polite and handled my vehicle with care. I’ve never needed a tow before, but now I know who to call if I need one again, or any of the many services they offer.

They arrived to my location much sooner than I expected. Roadside assistance service can take a while, but I was helped in practically no time at all. My vehicle was safely towed to the shop I wanted it dropped off at and it's fine now. Thank you!
