Excellent service both in price and quality. Other companies tried to charge me $500 extra for “calibration”. Dukes explained to me the scam most of these other glass companies pull. Bottomline: I got a quality replacement from an honest, no bs professional. I saved this business in my phone and will recommend to friends and family.

You showed up hours after your quoted time. I was fine with that. You started in my driveway after dark, I was skeptical but still proceeded. Should have went with my initial flagged intuition. You didn’t notify of the latch damage until around 1am when I came out to check the status as I work overnight shift and had to call in late because you were still working. You told me you may have gotten glass in it and the latch was not working but you were able to secure the glass. He actually came in the bitter cold at night to replace my car window. Same day, low price and a great job. I would recommend him to any who had a misfortune with their auto glass and don’t want to pay their insurance deductible nor safelite.

I wish every business operated with such integrity. I had my school-age daughter’s windshield replaced at Duke’s almost six months ago and they did an excellent job. THEN, when we got hit with some pretty torrential rain storms recently we found water in the floorboards. I called the shop and they said to bring it in, even though i didn’t have a warranty. I was met with much class and understanding of my dilemma. After a quick check the tech found that the windshield was leaking-free but that there was debris under the hood causing the issue, at that point Duke took the time to remove the dirt and leaves and even flushed the system to make sure it would drain properly in the future.
