Wow, talk about “Johnny on the spot’!! Jess, Carlos and everyone else were great. I’m not from the Virginia area and Jess treated me like family. Felt great when your a long way from home. They were fair and honest and a pleasure to speak with . A dying trait in this industry. I think I’ve found my tire spot in Richmond. This man Tay.WOW Just amazing! We talked and he told me how he found this place and it was moving. The service was quick and friendly. DEFINITELY coming back in the future. Thank you GTT. He really inspected my truck and told me what I needed as far as a DOT inspection That was very helpful.
Let me tell you about these guys… this company is going to be huge in absolutely no time. The level of customer service these guys provide when you’re in a pinch is second to absolutely none. I had a flat tire on my 26 foot box truck and called the last 10 minutes they were supposed to be open on a Saturday and without hesitation Mr. Harold Anderson got me in taking care of and did so happily with no questions asked. If you are in a pinch or you need fast friendly service this company is absolutely the top of my list.
