My husband and I found Hootan by an oil change advertisement for $25. That’s been many years ago. We have three vehicles: one pushing 400k miles and 21 years old, another new, and a luxury sports vehicle. Hootan and his staff are the ONLY ones we go to except the freebies for the new car. They are TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, PROMPT, FRIENDLY, COMPETENT, REASONABLE… . There is so much more I could say. We leave our vehicle and don’t think twice until it’s ready. We are so fortunate to have them in an expensive area like Northern Virginia. They are truly a jewel in the midst that cannot be beat!! We recommend them, with pride, to everyone we can. I took my car in to have a tire replaced to a very well known auto repair/tire center with multiple locations in the area. We have been going there for many many years. Once the work was complete, I was told that the rear shocks are going bad and they will need replaced at a cost of $1113. (They always try to do the upsell).
