Had an excellent buying experience here at Duncanville Auto sales. Manny was a great help in assisting me with my vehicle purchase. The communication prior to arriving on site was phenomenal. The posting for the vehicle I wanted was on Facebook Marketplace, however I despise Facebook. Using “Messenger” I was able to coordinate a time with Manny to meet up at their lot. Manny went above and beyond and agreed to meet me on a Sunday, which generally they are not open, but was very understanding that getting down there during the normal week was difficult for me, seeing that I was traveling from north of Ft. Worth. Their prices are fair, reasonable and they are not out to gouge anyone. They made the process simple and seamless, disclosing everything and not leaving anything in the realm

Dont trust this place they lied to me about the car being a salvage title and now they are ghosting me. Most unreliable place ever

Don’t buy a car from these people. I bought 2 cars on the same day for 20k & both cars are unreasonably defective. In the Mustang I had to replace the battery, needs the fuel injectors replaced, 2 tire pressure sensors & has turned off %60 of the time I try to drive it. A lot of times on the freeway with my kids. They also sold me the car & let me drive off without the backseats not even being attached to the car & they caved in on my daughter when we drove off. When I brought the car back they zip tied the seats on & then gave me the run around for weeks about the maintenance before telling me I’d have to just accept it as is. I also bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from this dealership which also turns off on me. It needed an alignment, 3 new tires which I did this morning but still needs 4

Called them to ask about a vehicle they have for sale and got cussed out and was talked to horribly. Would never recommend

They have multiple vehicles on this car lot with rebuilt/salvage titles and don’t hesitate to not say a single thing about it even when financing till your 3rd party finance company call you saying you know salvage/rebuilt title vehicles are 99% going to be denied by any insurance company to get there insurance let alone pass inspection and they have the nerve to say we can still get it to pass inspection I was wondering why there voicemail is not active due to owner not setting it up So buyer beware and report to commission
