Dunn Tire

I ordered 4 Cooper Discoverer Tires from tire rack and had them delivered to dunn tire. Making the appointment for installation and the installation itself was very efficient. Tires delivered in a Tues. and installation on Saturday morning witin an hour. Very good experience all around!

Excellent professional service. Even though they don’t normally do low profile tires, they did them anyway. Great price and really informative people. I would highly recommend these people over Firestone and Mavis tire particularly in Brockport or Greece, NY.

Very good service friendly and knowledgeable. The inspection was thorough with convincing photos for the repair. The web based appointment application took all the info and told us that there would be a confirmation but never came. Worried we called and it was not logged in but the manager did get us in at the same time. Next time I’ll call for an appointment and talk to a human.

I needed to get snow tires in a hurry for a last minute trip I’m not the best weather. Even though there were no open appointments, they said if I dropped my van off they would fit the job in between regular appts. Made us feel much safer on the drive.

I came in to price winter tires and wheels for them. They were very knowledgeable, and open to discussion of options. They did not try to up sell, in fact saved me money by not pushing for extra wheels. They had blizzak tires in my size and got me right in to put them on. Only waited about 50 minutes to pick up the car. Excellent service, I will go back!
