Mavis Discount Tire

Had a great experience! I came in because my tire went flat and they were able to go step by step with me and let me know it was un-repairable and offer me different tire choices, 10/10 I’ll definitely be back!

Not only was the service top notch, I wanted to make sure to comment about the overall experience. The store was clean and I was greeted immediately. Every customer that was waiting was provided with updates by the staff and everybody was greeted with professionalism that I have not seen in other similar stores. I also need to mention the way the staff communicated with each other was fabulous. You could tell that each person was doing a job that they enjoyed.

I had a really good experience at Mavis. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were quick to take care of my car, and I didn’t need an appointment, which made everything so convenient. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came in for four tires on my Audi, and had the boys mount and balance them, and do the alignment for me to get the car ready for winter. The guys at the front desk (Keith, Ken, & Eric) were super friendly and informative, and the technicians were super knowledgeable and efficient. This will definitely be my new one stop shop.

I had a great experience at Mavis tire in Brockport. I brought my daughter’s car in for tires and they found the control arms needed to be replaced. They did that plus fixed the exhaust while I waited. I returned to do tires on my truck as well. Ken and Eric were very social during my wait both times and Eric gave me updates as work was being done. The overall experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!
