Dunn Tire

I was able to schedule an appointment online which was very convenient. I've always had great customer service at the Delaware location and today was no exception. The staff are calm and friendly. I appreciate that they inspected my car for any potential issues; it would be cool to include prices to the inspection report too to give the customer more time to process the options. I'm happy to support this business.

I went to Dunn tire on Delaware for a slow leak in my driver side rear tire. When the gentleman came into the waiting room to say what they found, it didn’t involve the tire at all. I was told my oil was dirty and coolant level was low. I asked if they found a problem with the tire since it didn’t mention on the multi point inspection. He had to talk to the tech in which case he found a nail and repaired it. What concerns me is that every customer in the waiting room was told other problems with their car when they came there for tire issues. What concerns me even more is that I had my oil changed at the dealer less than 2000 miles ago. I than proceed to check the coolant level myself, which was at the max level in the reservoir. Please use this as a teaching opportunity and tell

The guy behind the counter was professional, courteous, and efficient. I felt confident in the service I received, didn't find them too pushy on additional services, and they were 30-min shorter than their estimated time for service. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, would highly recommend them for new tires. It was also super easy and quick to order through Tire Rack and have them delivered here.

I purchased tires from tire rack and Dunn did the install. Truck only had 1000 miles on it. Was in and out. Great work Dunn

This place is the worst, you walk right as they open the to get a tire rotation of the tires you bought from Dunn Tire and nothing else, and after 10 minutes there still isn't a single car in a service bay or up on the rack, and their still BSing with each other, but they dont have time for a tire rotation, you need an appointment, what a joke! This place must focus on the upsell for things customers dont need, how else can they afford to stand around and BS for at least 10 minutes after they open...for customer service go to the Mavis two blocks away, they sold me my last set of tires and provided quality service...Dunn Tire you fooled me once, never again!
