I’ve been riding Japanese & European motorcycles for four decades and have dealt with dozens of dealerships, from California to New York. The vast majority of motorcycle shops I’ve encountered, even those selling $40K+ products, don’t have a clue about customer service, or just don’t even want to bother. This sad reality makes me appreciate it even more when I am fortunate enough to encounter a rare treasure such as Durand’s Kawasaki Motorsports. My baby officially turned 600 miles today so we went and visited Dr. Tim and the crew over at Durands for his first checkup. Never short than impressed with the speedy service that we received. Once we got him he got a bath and was like new again. Definitely recommend Durands for all your service needs!

Excellent service. Helpful staff. Easy to talk to. Female friendly...No attitudes! From mechanics to service advisor to owner they are very helpful and I always feel comfortable going there. Highly recommend.

Picked up this zx6 from Durand's the service was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Has the best prices anywhere around and even let me keep the bike there untill I think it my shed in. Great people would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking to get a new motorcycle, quad, dirtbike or just need service. A++
