I was just thinking of trading my Nissan Frontier and decided to drive to Ripley to see what Jeep Gladiators were available not intending to buy anything, however after talking to the Sales Member, Logan Cooper, I decided to go for a brand new Jeep Gladiator. Logan was very personable but professional and very knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to do business with this young man he’s exceptional. I could get a Jeep about anywhere but I’m very glad to go to Dutch in Ripley. The same can be said about Isaiah and Andrew along with Logan they all made me feel like family and sold me on a brand new Jeep truck that I couldn’t be happier with. I will most definitely be sending all my friends and coworkers to see these guys in Ripley.

The facility spoke of my wife and my name frequently. Was really nice. My salesman Joey (Joesph) was really understanding of what I wanted. At first my mind was going towards so many different colors, I wanted them all. We (I eventually) finally came to the new color Ceramic Gray. A truck of my dreams. Thank you Joey for putting up with my madness. Wish John would have had some popcorn, but it’s okay. I went to Tractor Supply. 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Team Ripley

My wife and I stopped by one evening and checked out the used inventory. We saw a vehicle we liked that according to the paper on the window the dealer warranty was 100% covered for parts and labor. Called the next morning and inquired about the warranty. We were told that it was 100% covered so we went ahead and scheduled an appt to come in and look at it that afternoon. When we got there we were told that the warranty was only 25% covered for parts and labor and that we could purchase an additional warranty within the finance dept. Won’t go there for a vehicle purchase again. Had a wonderful experience at the Ford lot a few years ago but not with the CDJR lot.

I would highly recommend any one using Dutch Miller ! They're professional and nice. The atmosphere is comfy and the prices are just right. 10/10
