My car was making a huge noise after driving over a little unmelted ice. Took my car in & they test drove it, and did an inspection on my car. The diagnostic was not only free, the shop owner was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He was booked solid and I was expecting to leave my car there until next week before he can get back to me. But they were able to fit me in today and inspected my car. I got my car back in one day. This will be our family’s go to mechanic shop from here on! So glad my neighbors suggested them to me. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs. Thank you!

Jack has been working on our cars for at least 10 years, and he always provides great service. He patiently explains the diagnosis and possible solutions in a very simple to understand manner. And the solutions always work. Highly recommend.

Stop searching for a unicorn mechanic because as others have implied, if I could give Duty Automotive 100 stars, I would. I had my car towed to Duty blindly without speaking to them or meeting them in advance. It was a gamble. But the reviews don't lie. The next open day of business my tire was changed to a new, exact match and done deal at a fair price. Wow! The entire experience was perfect.
