Valvoline Express Care

I visited for an oil change and figured I could drop my vehicle off due to the volume of clients being seen. I was told it would only take 30-45 minutes so I waited on it. I was given a full inspection report of the vehicle while waiting, no issues. The team handling my transaction was courteous and attentive. I was cashed out within the quoted time and they offered to take care of a second vehicle same day in the same amount of time. I will no longer be going anywhere else for my automotive needs.

All of the staff are very respectful, professional, and efficient. If you don't know anything about cars, they will help you and they will not take advantage of you. They are very honest and decent human beings that actually care not only about their business but about their customers. Service and scheduling are very efficient as well as their pricing. I can't say Enough about this establishment and I will continue to bring my car in for other people here because of how good they are and how they treat everyone else.

Did a great job in small time frame. Also received time frame and comparison cost on new tires like I asked for. Nice, friendly staff and cost much lower then dealership, thanks.

Oh My ! Where to start. The services that Musser’s provide is incredible. Everyone is so friendly. They truly go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I was in the market for a new to me car. I brought 2 vehicles in for inspection and they truly gave them a thorough inspection. Told me which was the best choice and I was on my way to purchase my next vehicle. I look forward to everyone there taking care of my automotive needs.
