I tried to order a custom Backyard Outfitters shed from DW Motor Sales and found the experience more than frustrating. While they were very helpful determining what I needed, when it came time to close the deal they seemed to be pushing for me to "rent to own", rather than make an outright purchase. I told them I wasn't interested in renting, and asked how much of a deposit they needed to order my custom shed, they replied "100%". When I balked at giving them a 100% deposit, they went back to pushing the "rent to own" option, saying I could pay it off after a couple months, but that would have ended up costing more.
