We are here from out of town, had an issue with our Truck and thought we were going to be out a Transmission (wouldn't go into gear)- but John came to tow me and said I think I know the problem, used a zip tie to get me on my way to Ricks Auto Care! He was soooo nice and polite and the Best! 🙌🏼🎉
