Knowledgeable, Honest Mechanic! Was able to help with same day service on my vehicle. Will be back to Dwayne’s again for sure!

Most people, including myself, have been abused financially by auto mechanics. Usually this is with corporate shops and dealerships which upsell you on unnecessary work and/or charge rediculous for labor and parts. Some private mechanics do as well. But I will tell you that Dwayne does not. He works for himself, works on the vehicles himself, has 40 years of experience, charges very fair, and is very ethical. I work on my own vehicles when there are minor issues but I went to him for a more complex issue and was nervous at first. He could of pushed and taken advantage of my vehicle situation but he was honest and affordable and this is how every mechanic should be. Thanks Dwayne!

Great experience on both visits. I have a 2001 corvette that has had a couple of messages come up. Dwayne provided honest advice, expertise and on point solutions in both cases. So glad to have my vehicle serviced here. Dwayne and the others in the shop couldn't be nicer and I look forward to working with them long term.

Just left Dwayne's Auto Repair in Waxhaw. Great service from great folks! This shop has the experience, integrity, and competitive prices that can't be beat! I'm impressed, yet again, by the service I received and the value of running an honest business this shop has proven time after time. We'll never take our vehicles anywhere else! Kudos to Dwayne and his staff!

Dwayne's a super nice guy. Always willing to explain things and give a quote before starting work. Although busy most of the day, he will find time to return your call if you are a bit patient. He waited a little late at his shop when I had difficulty finding a ride to pick up my car. I even spoke with him on the phone a couple of days later about a dash light. He assured me that I did not need to take it to his shop immediately and first see if the battery would charge after driving around a few days, which it did.
