I just want to take a moment to recognize the owner of Stella’s Towing for the way he handled a really difficult situation. What could have simply been “just a tow” turned into something much more meaningful because of his kindness, grace, and understanding. He went above and beyond what was required of his job to genuinely help someone in his community, and that kind of care doesn’t go unnoticed. In a time when things felt stressful and overwhelming, his compassion made a real difference. Thank you for showing that great service is about more than business — it’s about people.

First of all, this team is AMAZING! They arrived earlier than the quoted time, and the driver was friendly and a wizard with the tow truck! He managed to get a low-profile BMW coupe with a broken control arm onto the truck bed without a scratch, even in the corner of a driveway on a hill, after ice and snow. (Yes, crazy, right?) The wheel was completely separated due to ice and sliding into the curb. He delivered a car with only 3 wheels, and the front bumper was still intact with no extra harm to the vehicle. Absolutely Flawless Execution of a truck recovery. We needed a tow/winch for a truck recovery from mud after the snow softened the yard. The truck was ~140 feet from concrete driveway teetering on edge of steep embankment. We called Stella's Towing and they had someone on scene in less than 30 min. Within 20 min of arriving the truck was back on solid ground!! This could have been a LOT worse without the prompt, professional service from Rolan and Kyra! Thanks to you both for the SAVE!

Stella's Towing was highly recommended to me by two people whose opinion I trust. I'm very picky about who works on/with my Jeep. I went in for a vehicle inspection, and was done in no time, which is great for my schedule! The owner, Dave was super nice, as was the young lady who answers the phone. My experience with Stella's was excellent. The tow operator Paul went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm not from the Charlotte area, and needed a tow to a repair shop convenient to a motel where I could stay until the shop opened up the following morning. Paul took the car to a shop with a choice of 3 motels within a couple of blocks. Getting the car fixed the next day went great, and I am so grateful.
