Great people, best price I could find. I use a few different companies for my glass repairs and used these guys for my glass shower. They where the best price around and very professional. The other guys I use for things was literally double to triple the price. If your calling around, call Dwayne’s. I will be using them again in the future when it’s time. These people are so busy that they don’t need anymore business! I called them for an estimate for a door replacement quote at the end of April. I was told it would be a couple weeks before they can come. I waited about 4 weeks before I called them I spoke with the owner, and he told me he was going to come out himself that day. Once again a no show. A couple weeks later I went into their store and asked them again about the quote and was told they had not gotten to it. I told them exactly what I was looking for and again I was told they were going to get me a quote that day. Now it’s June 30th and I still haven’t received a quote. So do yourself a favor and call another company.

I called them for a quote to replace 3 windows on my home. Not only were they the cheapest, but they were there the next morning and had all 3 done in a hour. Highly recommend!!!

Needed a glass table top and was between the Glass Doctor of Houma and Dwayne's Glass & Mirror. Glass Doctor was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a quote of $300. Went in to get a quote from Dwayne's and the receptionist acted like I was inconveniencing her. Seemed as if she was a bit annoyed with me. Just flat out rude. She gave me a quote of $300 as well which made my decision easy. Customer service goes a long way and she made my decision to go to Glass Doctor easy.

Great attitudes, very friendly and helpful, took a couple days to get my new window put in, but it was worth the wait, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Recommend this business for sure
