What a way to start your day by getting a flat tire after hitting a pothole on 322. Insurance company contacted Rite Hook Towing and I was informed someone would arrive in 45 to 75 minutes. The driver showed up in 38 minutes and was very professional. The drive to the tire shop was 20 minutes and we talked as if we were old friends. I will definitely use and or recommend them for towing services.

Best tow service ever dispatched to me for a tow. The driver showed up and was very respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Tried to help in every way possible and made sure he did everything the right way. Highly recommend them!! Thank you guys for good old fashioned customer service!!!!

The gentleman that I had who helped me with my tire was fantastic I thought his name was miguel. But it looks like it was Ariel or something like that and I apologize if that's not right but anyway I was the gentleman that was on in in Gloucester Township on Burlington Cross Keys Road on Saturday February 21st. He was very professional and very nice and the response time was fantastic. So thank you for being there when I needed you for changing my tire.

My insurance company dispatched this company to tow my car when I got a flat tire and I was given a window of arrival of 2:15. I had a mechanic appointment for 3:30 and was assured this would be ample time for the truck to arrive. Not only did the company not tell me when their truck was delayed by 40 minutes 2 separate times but they did not tell me when they towed my car or dropped it off at the mechanic. I got one text when they were “on their way” and this was after 3 calls and 45 minutes before they actually arrived. Steering clear and hoping this was a fluke
