Never in my life have I met ruder people. Didn’t get any type of confirmation about my appointment and when I walk in the door I was rudely greeted by the lady at the front desk. Then when my truck is done getting the tires on they try to tell me the tires were to big. So much so that they said it is “impossible” to fit 35’s on an f150 which is not true at all. I was then refused an alignment which I took as them trying to get me to pay to put the old ones back on. For the record the tires fit perfectly fine after trimming and I have full turn. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Only thing I’ll give them credit for is they were the only shop I could find that would put on used tires near me, I guess they need all the work they can get.

Great place! They installed new rear tires on my Hellcat Redeye. They did an outstanding job. The owner and staff are very professional. I will come back in the future and recommend R&B to others. Thanks again.

I had a pinhole near my sidewall. They plugged it when I asked for them to try. It didn't last. The following week, I purchased a pair of new tires. It was quick and easy. It would have been quicker if the tire tech wasn't questioning my knowledge when I told him which tire I was having issues with.

I think it is absolutely disgusting that you think it’s OK to charge For more than what they are asking Especially because they can’t speak English and you think you’re getting away with something. Absolutely disgusting. And letting someone go, Whom you decided not to train, because you don’t have the “time” to train someone is actually insane. You can’t expect someone to come and learn it in a day or two most places have you train for about a week maybe even two. Ugh absolutely disgusted
