I always love coming to the Chevy dealership in Lake Wales to get my Chevy serviced. There’s always friendly staff there to greet you and help you along the way you also can sit down charge your phone and have plenty different refreshments whether it’s a beverage. Or a snack while you wait

It is always a great experience every time we come in to have our vehicles serviced. The customer service truly stands out, and Monica, the concierge who comes around to keep everyone updated and engaged, adds so much to the overall experience. Her interactions with families and her attentiveness create a complete package of stellar service. I also visited the Parts Department with a few questions, and the gentleman there provided printed information for me to review. I genuinely appreciate the extra time and care that everyone takes to ensure we have everything we need. Excellent service all around!

Had to get my idler arm and pitman arm changed on my 2018 duramax. It’s a labor intensive job so I had dyer take care of it for me. Amazing service. Wilson up front was awesome and attentive! Service manager Sarah came and talked to me and reached out to me when the job was complete. Tech did a great job. All around great service will be taking my truck there from now on! Well done Dyer!

Jay did an awesome job on the auto engine diagnostic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He quickly pinpointed the issue and made sure the car was running smoothly before finishing up. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right.
