This was my first time at this location and I will definitely return. Huge shout out to service advisors Jennifer and Keith for making my experience easy and smooth. They were transparent on pricing, wait time, and needs for my vehicle. The manager, David, was also kind and helpful when I shared about my experience. Highly recommend this dealership for service!

WARNING: Read Before Spending a Dime at Dyer Kia — We Lost Thousands and You Could Be Next - If you value your money and your safety, please read this before setting foot in Dyer Kia's service department. We were sold $1,800 in strut replacements to fix a persistent banging in our suspension. When we picked up the car — the banging was still there. Instead of being upfront with us, the technician quietly noted a steering column issue internally but never told us, never asked for approval, and never offered a solution. We only found out after the fact. That's not a mistake — that's a pattern. Here's what makes this even worse: I have an automotive service/service advisor background. I brought my vehicle in for a 15,000 mile inspection. They recommended $1300 of repair/maintenance - $798 was for a thermostat housing replacement with gaskets and a lower radiator hose. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and more than one member of the team there said there is nothing leaking in my coolant system. I highly doubt Dyer Kia service will ever get another dime of my money!

Literally in and out for a maintenance in less than 2 hrs. Staff is friendly and no one is hounding you for a new or used car. Literally bought my car here have loved the service.
