Dykstra's Auto - West Olive

Dykstra Auto is the BEST! They got my granddaughters car in and out in less than 36 hours. Very grateful since she is a student at GV and works so she needs a car.

In a world full of repair shops that have a reputation to be rude, condescending or unfair to women, this place is nothing like the rest (specifically West Olive location). Mason and the technicians not only tried to save me money (many places overcharge and try to fool female customers in particular due to our tendency to lack vehicle knowledge) but they were willing to explain things to me in a way I understood. Mason, at the front desk, was patient, reassuring and he went above and beyond to locate the source of my car malfunction. If he had not contacted the last place I took my car to clear up my misunderstanding of what they did to it, then I would have had to pay at least double what the final cost was due to further unessessary digging for diagnostic purposes. They replaced my tires with the wrong ones, week later the right ones, did a wheel alignment before winter and I noticed the beginning of spring the brand new tires wore down to needing them replaced they denied doing it so I made them redo the alignment All I wanted to do was argue I did not pay it for the last wheel alignment to fix the problem. I do not recommend going to this location.! I’ll never go there again!

Amazing service! Got in a car accident and they were able to get my car looked at first thing the next day. Overall really nice people and great service. Priced really well too! Highly recommend.

My tire was losing air and I didn’t know why. I came to this shop, and they found that my rim was cracked in three places and showed me the damage. The wheel was not repairable. They removed the wheel from the car, inspected it, diagnosed the issue, and didn’t charge me anything. This shop doesn’t try to upsell or trick you they actually find the real problem.
