Horrible customer service. Inquired about a part I needed for a project , and asked to have it shipped to me. Dirk was extremely rude and insulted my need for shipping saying it’s not worth it and he won’t do it. *I was willing to pay whatever it would cost for shipping. Don’t waste your time. I’ll have a wrong color part sprayed to match.

I contacted them to request a quote for a body part and simply asked if there was a picture available. The employee's response was rude and condescending, claiming that our part wasn't worth anything and refusing to have one of his team members—which he deemed more valuable—take a picture. He made us feel insignificant and acted as if he was too good to help us. I found his behavior very disrespectful. I would recommend avoiding this company if you have any inquiries.

Excellent service, pulled my part the same day and had it ready a few hours after I called. Great price too. They blew Pete's out of the water.

unprofessional i was literally just trying to order a mirror that they don’t have a picture listed for , i simply asked if they could get a picture and he starts going off about how they don’t get paid enough to do that and blah blah blah. a simple no wouldve been fine. bad business !!
