Dylan's Precision Diesel

Took my truck in to have some aftermarket parts installed. Dylan is a great guy, super respectful, worked with my crazy work schedule, and did a fantastic job on my truck. I couldn’t be happier with how it’s performing thus far. Looked everything over and lines are tight, parts are installed very professionally. Just an absolute great experience overall. His prices are BEYOND reasonable as well. If there was only 1 thing he could do to improve, and this is minor, is make the customer service area more welcoming. I could see how this could scare people away, but don’t be, the guy runs a tight honest shop. Don’t hesitate to keep this shop in business, we need more business run like Dylan runs his.

Dylan got a repeated customer for life from me. hands down the best diesel mechanic in albuquerque. I wont take my truck to no one else but him and his shop. I took my truck to the dealership and they wanted an arm and a leg plus weeks on end to wait for for them to even look at it. Dylan got my truck in and repaired it faster and cheaper then any other shop in albuquerque. I wont take my truck to anyone but him as long as he's around. Thanks Dylan for honesty and great service. I would give him a 10 star if that was an option.

Dylan was recommended to me by a coworker after I went to another shop and got major sticker shock on replacing the heater core on my 2017 ram 2500 Dylan‘s price was approximately a third of the other shops. He was able to get it in right away and I didn’t have to wait two weeks for an appointment (like the other shop)was done in a couple days. I have definitely found a new mechanic for my truck. Dylan has the best customer service you can ask for. He cares about his customers and cares about his reputation. They do honest work and I wouldn’t bring my truck anywhere else. They did A LOT of work for me and everything runs perfectly. I have a 08 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins, was having head gasket problems so went ahead and put some goodies on it. ARP studs, springs and retainers, pushrods, injector nozzles, and fleece fuel pump. A couple months later I had them do a fleece cheetah turbo and S&B intake as well.

Amazing staff off young men employed here. Took my 2015 Ford 6.7 here when it had been too many other shops and worked on to get charged and have the problem still persist. These guys took me right in on scheduled appointment. Gave straight up diagnosis and was out and running in the exact time frame they gave me. This will be my diesel mechanic moving forward
