I had a radiator issue while transiting from CA to TX and called two roadside repair services along the way. Unfortunately, both immediately focused on money rather than understanding my situation. Then I called Tim. Unlike the others, he first asked me about the problem and my circumstances, then assured me he was sending a technician right away. Within 5 minutes, Jack called me and arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and personally guided me to their shop. Since all the dealers were closed at the time, they allowed me to stay in their yard, which was conveniently located near Flying J (for showers), Walmart, and other shopping spots. I simply cannot say enough good things about this business. We called Saturday 2/10/24 after finding ourselves nearby in Golden Valley having problems with our Dodge Ram 3500. We had pulled into Tire Works (also great people there) large lot and were doing some of our own diagnosing. We are above average handy, but determined that we needed a professional with the right tools and skills. Jack was on call. It was already fairly late in the day so we made arrangements to meet at their Kingman yard on Sunday morning. Our truck was drivable, but misfiring. To reduce the risk of more damage, Jack spoke with Tim (the owner) and arranged that Tim would, on his way home from dinner, pick up our loaded car hauler and take it to their locked yard for overnight storage. I paid $400 for an exhaust job, I provided the pipe, I gave them several time extensions, and when I picked up the vehicle they asked me not to request an invoice because it helps them on taxes. I went in to attempt to get a refund and they said they would fix it but I said I don't trust them to work on it at all if this is the kind of work they produce. I do not recommend this shop.

I came here twice with my truck guys are awesome and helps you the best way they can. And good thing is freight-liner parts showroom is right next to them so they just go and grab parts and fix things accordingly….. thank you for the service guys
