THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. THE EMPLOYEES DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR AND ATTEMPT TO HOLD IT FOR DAYS TO GET UP CHARGES. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS
This company has terrible customer service. Was told they would arrive in 45 minutes called back 2 hrs later, and he said he did not say anything like that and just hung up on me. The whole time while we where on the side of the road
Witnessed tow driver for this company driving in excess of 85 mph while towing a vehicle behind it, as well as driving recklessly.
