I scheduled an appointment with this business by phone, which was confirmed four days in advance. I sent clear photos of the inside of my car and was promised that at least 70% of it would be cleaned. I waited at home and rearranged my work hours for this approved service. They arrived 15 minutes late and without any cleaning equipment. After arriving, the worker demanded an additional $30, claiming the job required more work—despite having already received photos and a full explanation of the car’s condition beforehand. Even after I agreed to pay the extra charge simply to avoid wasting more time, he refused to honor the original promise and ultimately declined to perform the service at all.
