⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I almost gave up… then E&B Auto Sales said “hold my keys.” This is not my first rodeo. I’ve been to more used car and truck dealerships around Albuquerque than I care to count, and I was THIS close to giving up. Between poor customer service, zero people skills, and that “we-don’t-care-if-you’re-here” vibe… I was done. Then I walked into E&B Auto Sales and everything changed. First off, Paul and Christina are straight-up financial sorcerers 🧙‍♂️🧙‍♀️. These two don’t just handle paperwork—they go to battle for you. They worked absolute magic and got me an incredible deal on my truck without the usual stress, pressure, or nonsense. And I’ll never forget Paul looking at me and saying, “You like that bad-ass truck?” Me: “That’s a bad-ass truck for a bad-ass man!” 😂 Boom. Ice brok

Poor contact. Too much haggling. Came close to purchasing a vehicle . Had a loan pre-approval and thank God for the honest people at the bank. They would have made a large commission off of me. Vehicle was worth nothing near what they were trying to charge me to purchase. Look clearly at dealer fees. Thats where the price gets manipulated. Do your due diligence when purchasing a vehicle from this lot. Small lots tend to be magicians with your money.

Christina was so sweet to us and helped us get into a vehicle so easily! She truly worked with us was caring helpful and willing to help us get a vehicle! Her customer service was outstanding! We would definitely go back!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The car I purchased had numerous issues shortly after the sale, which should have been addressed or disclosed beforehand. Dealing with repeated problems has been stressful and has cost me time and money. While the staff themselves were polite and friendly, that doesn’t make up for selling a vehicle in poor condition. I expected better quality control and transparency when making such a significant purchase. I would strongly recommend that future buyers have any vehicle independently inspected before buying here.
