Very polite staff. They were very knowledgeable of the issues I was having with my vehicle. Any issue that I didn't know about, they called and let us know. They let me think about it and how much it would cost, before doing the repair. Will go to them again. Office staff is also very polite. AJ is a very polite lady and she lets you know the cost as soon as she knows.

They offered pick up and delivery of my car something I’ve never seen before! My car broke down on me while on lunch break at work called Elmer’s they came picked it up fixed it and brought it back before I got off! Totally easy and care free! Was able to use my card with the device upon drop off! You don’t see this kinda hospitality from auto shop anywhere but Elmer’s definitely recommend!

Absolutely do not take your vehicle here. I should have read the reviews first. (read the last part) TLDR: Didn't even install the part!!!! I brought a 2005 ~55k miles Jeep Wrangler in for code P0128 (check engine light). I had this code confirmed at a different shop. I took it here without reading the reviews. The code is for coolant thermostat. I first took it to the Fuquay branch. They "replaced" it, but within a week the check engine light came back on. Took it to a shop, had the code checked, sure enough, exactly the same. I called and they said they're replace it for free again, fair enough. This time they asked to take it to the Angier branch, which is a bit far. I take it there. They said the gasket was "cut", whatever that means. This time when I get it back, my car smelled lik

Should have looked at the reviews before I got service. He literally just called and was mad at me because I had questions about my 16 year old son’s tires he put on. I don’t know much about cars and was asking questions and he said he didn’t want to go back and forth about a tire lmao I literally was telling him I had my boyfriend check behind me and it was fine but couldn’t get that out because he was scolding me about the questions I asked. I told him I would NOT be bringing my son car back there for him to even look at the sensor because of how he talked to me. Will be figuring out any necessary steps because that was very RUDE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This place has been the WORST experience to date, they are running a total scam here. Elmer himself is so unprofessional and a complete liar, try and hold him accountable and ask questions about the work they claim to have done on your car, and he will more than likely cut you off and hang up on you. It happened twice to us. He took it upon himself to claim to do work that he was told to not do, and then tried to charge for it. The work they claim to do isn’t actually done, or at least throughly. Less than a month later the same problem started that they claimed to have previously fixed, that was $3,000.00 worth!! Threats have been made two separate times now to do damage to our vehicle because he would not walk us through the work he said he did that amounted to the costs he was trying to
