I had an amazing experience here. I came in worried because another shop tried to convince me I needed almost $2,000 worth of suspension repairs. The team here looked at my car, showed me in person exactly what was going on, and clearly explained that nothing was wrong. They didn’t charge me anything to inspect it, and they took the time to make sure I fully understood what I was looking at. That level of honesty is rare. It’s clear these people genuinely care about customers, not just making money. They literally saved me from wasting thousands of dollars at a dishonest place. I recommend E&T without any hesitation they have helped my family members countless times and done a wonderful job always. I’ve been going here for years. They always explain exactly what is wrong with my car and they don’t beat around the bush like other car places do. They always charge fair prices too, and do good work. They’re always honest and friendly. They’ve done all sorts of services on my car, and they never recommend unnecessary maintenance.

Didnt have amy work done here, but the owner if very easy going and respectful, if i ever have a chance to actually plan out when my vehicle goes to the shop E&T will be first on my list of places to call

Most honest, professional and affordable auto repair business I've ever used. Absolutely love them, and apparently so do many others in RR, because their appointments are several days out. But they're worth the wait!
