E-Z Clean Auto Wash

I used this car wash and everything was normal during the process. When I finished, the screen showed a total charge of $4.03, which seemed fair and correct. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed that I was charged $10 instead.

The wash was decent, however I was charged $15 on the credit card machine. When I press stop it showed I was charged just under $4. I thought it was a pending charge so I waited a day, but it ended up posting to my account 24 hours later. I would never use their credit card machine!!!

We've used this carwash for many years and liked it, so we finally bought a pre-paid car wash card and now we can't use it. Can't find a way to get ahold of anyone to ask about it or ask for a refund or credit of some sort.

I visited this morning and used the second bay from the left. When I had the high pressure sprayer in my hand and the hose in the other hand, I turned the setting to high pressure rinse. There was a hole in the hose that sprayed high pressure water soaking me completely and the water cut a chunk out of my hand. Sliced it clean open. When I tried to call the phone number for the was, the number was disconnected. My hand is in a great deal of pain and I am soaking wet for the rest of my day. I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience.

Charged me $15 for a 6 minute car wash on my card, not only was the pressure on the spray gun terrible but the "soap" selection was hardly soapy. Will not be coming back
