I am on my second car from EZPAY and would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. I did have a little problem with the car and they went out of their way to correct the problem to my satisfaction. The easy car manager is Bill who has been nothing but helpful and has earned my complete trust. I recommend anyone that needs a used car to go to easy pay. You won’t regret it. I finally understand why people don’t trust car dealers; Bill, the owner of EZ Pay Cars is the rudest, most slick-talking conman I’ve ever met! We went to EZ Pay in August 2023 to get our 19yo daughter her first car and agreed to make the purchase because we were offered a 1 year extended warranty on repairs with the understanding that we would be responsible for purchasing the parts and only labor would be covered; we asked if we would be able to provide our own parts and the response from the salesman Joe was “Yes”. Considering the prices at EZ Pay are higher than most buy here pay here places, we figured it would be worth paying the higher cost to have the peace of mind of having the 1-year coverage.
