I’ve never seen 50% discount for military at any service. This place does! So amazing on top of very kind, helpful, and respectful altitudes. You can feel the patriotism and loyal support in the shop atmosphere. Free snack and drinks for customers too, and these are high quality stuffs not just cracker or piece of candy. Love this place. I cant say i wish for more windshield chips so i can visit them agai 😂

Setup appointment in the morning and out within 3 hours of service. Replace Peterbelt 579 windshield for 603 including service fee. People are great and service is awesome. You rock!!!!!

100% recommended eagle one. I have a 2013 Cadillac Escalade and had replaced the driver door glass myself but was having issues getting the window to move after reinstalling the trim guards after five am I said screw it and went to bed I woke up. I called around all day for someone to come out and help me with the issue but everyone was super booked up. I went off on limb and just drove to the closest glass repair shop near me hoping someone could help and thankfully I did. Yall I kid you not I showed up told them the problem they took my car back immediately. And got the issues solved. Hood flew up and smashed my windshield, Terry responded to my online request on a Sunday and was able to get me in Monday first thing and were even finished before my appointment time. The price was exactly as quoted and no hidden surprise fees! The lobby was clean and welcoming and the staff I interacted with were awesome!

I’ve used eagle 1 exclusively for my repairs and they have always been kind, helpful and efficient. But here is what really sets them apart…We recently had a problem we brought to their attention, the owner was immediately on the phone after the receptionist made zero excuses and grabbed him. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for even tho the situation is not black and white. What a breath of fresh air in our current complete lack of customer care and service state. We will be back over and over again.
