Brought my vehicle after collision to front passenger side. They charged insurance over $1000 to install a $70 plastic bumper cover. They DID NOT replace the damaged tie rod. They claimed the liable party’s State Farm Insurance didn’t cover cost to fix the damaged suspension. Which was directly damaged from the impact. After months of waiting. I didn’t get a single call letting me know what was covered and what would be out of pocket. I decide to take the vehicle elsewhere. While inspecting their work it’s obvious they only charge high but work product doesn’t not meet their premium charges. Video taken on their parking lot the day I picked it up showing totally loose front bumper.
