Great people to work with. Excellent service. Office Manager, Lilly is a "Gem" Took care of getting me into a rental car immediately and now my 2004 Lincoln Town Car looks great. They repaired the entire passenger side of my car damaged by my hitting a turnpike guardrail. The work was accomplished in the allocated time and exceeded my expectations. They did a horrible repair on my bmw after taking 25 extra days to do the work when it was supposed to take 5 days. My horn is not working. The paint doesn't match and overall horrible service and experience. Do not recommend

This place is horrible. My insurance company sent my BMW here for water damage. I don't know if it was because they didn't have any proper knowledge on fixing a car like that or it was just to scam my insurance but they had my car sit in the shop for 3mths continuously telling me it was fixable and giving me the run around. They claimed they sent my motor and car on two separate occasions to two different shop yet wouldn't disclose where they had sent it to and when i went down to the shop to get answers the main guy there told me to get out of her that he didn't want to deal with me to contact my insurance company if i had any questions. Very disrespectful unprofessional staff. They took advantage of my situation as I feel it was all a big scam on my insurance for the money. Do not take

Excellent and honest people that go beyond expected. They did a good job when I brought my car to them for repair. They also treated me with respect and personalized advise. Thanks a million guys.
