With all the different Insurance Brokers around town, I don't recommend this one. They lost our business after having our account for years & years. Very cold and callous when we asked what we can do to reduce the premium and told us that we needed to shop around & call around if we wanted to lower premium. There's hardly any communication even when you call and cancel your policy ahead of time, but they'll spin it around and say they would have explained more if you had called ahead.

Tiffany has done an outstanding job of assisting us in finding the best fit for our insurance policy needs. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. We strongly recommend Eagle Ridge, Tiffany and her wonderful staff...

Eagle Ridge Insurance Services Co has done a lot for me. I know for a fact that I can call them at any point and get an answer about any question I may have. Recommend everyone to have their insurance covered by these guys.
