Eagle Towing & Recovery

My truck slid off into a ditch on a Friday afternoon. Police called this outfit which also goes by the nam Val-u. The guy in charge said the "extraction" charge was $600 when I said that was a lot he said he could charge whatever he wanted. I only had $400 but had the other $200 at home. AAA was paying for the tow so they took the $400 and said I had to pay the rest up front and the card had to be present. When I got they money they said they were closed and dropped my 12 year old daughter and myself at a local Walmart to fend for ourselves and told us to call in the morning. Big thank you to the employee at Walmart who saw us sitting there and offered my daughter half of his snacks. Next morning I call and I'm told they'll arrange to meet you. Stuck in the snow during a snowstorm. This towing company confirmed they would be providing assistance 2 hours after contact and never showed up after 3 hours with no contact or anyone reaching out to explain the delay

Chad rescued us late last night after hitting a deer . We were from out of town and had no contacts in the local area. He got us and our car safely to our destination. Both the driver and dispatcher were kind and helpful.
