I can’t recommend Richie’s enough! My niece is away at school in Cobleskill, and just a week in her car broke down. She first took it to Monro, which was an absolute nightmare. We ended up having the car towed to Richie’s, and it was the best decision we could have made. He correctly diagnosed the real issue, saving us thousands of dollars. Richie was patient, honest, and extremely fair throughout the entire process. From now on, we’ll always be bringing the car to him.

Excellent place had 3 broken wheel studs and couldn't get tire off to change them every other garage wanted 150 dollars and come back tomorrow but ritchies heated it so it would come off in 2 minutes and wouldn't charge me anything then I came back to get help seating the new wheel studs he had us back up and proof done and still wouldn't take money great people

I called Rich this morning in a panic because my car wouldn't start and I was getting crazy messages on my dash. He came to me within 5 minutes of my phone call and fixed it. Many thanks Rich!! He and his partner were both friendly and knowledgeable!!

Don’t take your car here, dropped my car off for a minor brake repair and got it back in worse shape then I left it, after three tries I eventually gave up and trailered it to my usual shop, they literally ruined every single component they touched, had to take it to my shop and have every single “repair” redone, cannot express this enough! Dropped it off because brakes were shot and jamming the wheels, once it was “repaired”, I couldn’t make it more than 100ft without the car stalling out, missing gear shifts and with air in the brake lines, problems that didn’t even exist when the car was dropped off, truly horrible service!

I was in the area from out of state, helping my daughter while she recovered from a long illness. Her car needed work and an inspection, so I looked online, and chose Richie's shop after reading his good reviews. I'm so glad I did- they were right! Richie went above and beyond the call of duty to help me on short notice and was very kind and patient to boot. For the work he did and the time he spent, his prices were extremely fair. He is a really good mechanic, and trustworthy- won't do anything that doesn't need doing. My daughter will be taking her car to Richie from now on!
