Byron and the guys at eagle were incredible! They did a full rebuild on my 4L60e and ALWAYS kept me in the loop during the repair process. Not only this but the transmission was backed with warranty and they were EAGER to help if I had any trouble after the repair. I also want to include this as a side bar - They had previously diagnosed an issue and after working with me we decided to move forward with ordering parts and going about this repair, and one of the guys in the shop discovered it was a much simpler fix, and while I still personally decided to fix the originally diagnosed issue they were looking out for me as the customer and were actively trying to save me money and were going to eat parts cost if I decided to go the simpler route. I live in commerce there's no one out here i trust to fix my vehicles .So I went to Greenville to eagle transmissions ...glad I did. I have a 26 yr old dodge ram, that had a different unusual problem and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and get me back out on the road in 2 days. Also they took me home..came n got me as I have no one to come n get me etc. The service and attention was excellent I will be using them in the future to maintain my vehicles

They rebuilt my transmission. Cost $5,340. Transmission still not working. Two trips back to Eagle… transmission still not working (as of 10/17/2025). I’m going to have it towed to another mechanic shop. Towed because the truck is inoperable. You cannot put it in gear to drive. Apparently, on the third warranty comeback, they ghost you. Haven’t heard a word from Matthew Theiman (owner). Be careful doing business with Eagle Greenville. They honor the warranty if it suits them. After that, you’re on your own.

So I was down for right at a year and was unable to get the every 30 K transmission service with Frank Black new owner of Greenville Tx Eagle T. Frank use to manage ET in McKinney Tx where I met him in 09 and has serviced all my vehicles TM needs, it took me about two months to find out he had bought the one in Green V . So his head mechanic came from service area and said whoever owns this vehicle would put him out of work if everyone did what I was doing! I told him it was Frank Black new owner, wow new owner and they do everything there.

I am at a loss for words about my service. I went to take my car in because it was having issues starting. I narrowed it down to either a bad alternator or a bad starter since I had recently replaced the battery. After some back and forth they mentioned that it could be a bad cable but that the car would be ready by Friday. I go in on Friday to pick up my car and the car won’t start!! They then come back and mention “oh looks like it’s your starter.” They then said it should be ready by Monday (because they also couldn’t get my car to start when I went to pick it up). Monday comes around guess what no car!!! The car is then done by Tuesday after non stop calling to try and get an update. When I asked if I can get my rental car covered due to their incompetence.
