Eagle Transmission & Automotive North Austin

I’ve lived in Austin 21 years and have used many mechanics for our family vehicles and work trucks. There are 2 that stand out as exceptional, and Eagle is one of them. They rebuilt the transmission on a Ram 2500 in September. Recently there was an issue with it and they fixed it at no charge. They are easy to communicate with, transparent and fair in their pricing, and take care of their people. Highly recommend!

As a girl in her 20s from a different state, the search for a mechanic has been so tiring and I’m so glad it’s come to an END! I found eagle transmission through Google search and I had seen all their lovely reviews and all the reviews proves correct. They are first come, first serve, so I would recommend going early in the morning so you can have your vehicle done within a day or two depending on what the issue is. Scott and his team have been so communicative and it was so easy to see what I was paying for and they either offer financing to pay for it. I HIGHLY Recommend this job to anybody in the Austin area or if you’re coming from a different state and need a new mechanic they’re perfect!!

I love this shop for its honesty first and foremost. Scott told me up front my car is old and not to invest a lot of money in it the first time . I was only charged the diagnostic fee. I couple weeks later my car just had another issue. I took it back , I thought it was a quick, easy fix but it turned into something else, still Scott told me it’s time to let it go. I promised him I will not be back with that car. Please put your vehicle and trust in this shop because you get the most honest and trustworthy, professional team. Thank you so very much. I promise to send everyone that ask me for a reasonable shop your way. Thanks again, it really felt good not to feel your being taken advantage of.

Great Experience. Highly recommend. Fair pricing, worked with our extended warranty, professional and friendly. They started the repair process immediately, communicated throughout the whole process, and had the van repaired in record time. Scott was a pleasure to do business with. I'll be taking all my vehicles to Eagle Transmission from now on.
