I met Ken the owner of Eagle Transmission. And This one of the kindest good hearted men I’ve ever met. He was holding a vehicle that had been towed in for our family member and knew that it wasn’t going to be fixed. But he allowed it to stay almost a week until able to be picked up and then waved his 125.00 tow fee. He knew he was not going to be making any money on that vehicle yet he let it stay until able to be picked up and like I said then even waved his tow fee. I also heard him with another customer on the phone telling her. All the things they were going to cover and pay for her vehicle to be fixed. It is hard to find a mechanic shop you can truly trust, but Eagle Transmission is the real deal. They were professional, honest, and transparent about the work needed. They clearly prioritize my needs and gave me real advice on whether or not to proceed with fixing my very old vehicle. I really appreciated their communication throughout the process. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this shop. My 2013 Infiniti JX35 went into limp mode and was towed here because they had done good work on another vehicle for me years ago. After keeping the car for about three days, I was told the CVT transmission was completely damaged and needed to be replaced, with an estimate of $6,675. Based on that diagnosis, the vehicle was essentially considered totaled. I declined the repair and had the car sent back home. While I appreciate that they did not charge me for the diagnosis (only the tow through a third party), the conclusion turned out to be completely wrong. I came here because I had a transmission code come up on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I, more or less, knew what it was from but I’m no expert so I brought my vehicle here. Ken was very welcoming and approachable however, the call that followed was devastating. I was quoted $7000 for the torque converter failing and needing to be replaced. This didn't sit well with me because as I mentioned before, I knew some of what was going on but not all. I got a second opinion and my vehicle was up and running within 24 hours. Not only was it an easy fix, but I paid $0 dollars for the fix. A great Christmas gift right?!? I’m glad I went with my gut and trusted my intuition. It saved me $7000 and a headache. 🤕

Just wanna share my gratitude for the great service I just received. Dropped my car off for a bad clutch. Very pleasant experience from the first meeting till I picked up my vehicle. Kept me informed the whole way through and made me feel confident the car would be fixed the first time and repaired only what needed to.
